Join the studio shaping how people experience design.
Solstice Studio is a small, senior team building interfaces for brands that refuse to be ordinary. We hire slowly, trust deeply, and give every designer real ownership of the work.
Why people stay
Health, fully covered
Private medical, dental and mental-health support for you and your family, from day one.
Work from anywhere
A remote-first studio with quarterly gatherings — choose the city, we'll book the studio.
A real growth budget
Every designer gets an annual budget for courses, conferences and the tools they actually use.
Ownership in the studio
Everyone on the team holds equity — you build the work, you share in what it becomes.
Open roles
Every position is remote-friendly. If nothing fits today, we'd still like to hear from you.
Don't see the right role?
We're always glad to meet good people before we have a seat for them. Send your portfolio and tell us what you'd want to build.
